Updates

VoiceHotkey uses Sparkle to check for updates via an appcast (EdDSA-signed).

Check for updates

Section titled “Check for updates”
  • From Settings → About / General
  • From the menu bar item

Installers are published on VoiceHotkey-releases.

Local Only Mode

Section titled “Local Only Mode”

When Local Only Mode is on, automatic update checks are paused to avoid external network requests. To update, temporarily turn Local Only off, or download a DMG manually from Releases.
