VoiceHotkey End User License Agreement (EULA)
Section titled “VoiceHotkey End User License Agreement (EULA)”Last updated: 2026-10-05
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and yeahhe365 (“Licensor”) for the VoiceHotkey macOS application (“Software”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. License
Section titled “1. License”Subject to this Agreement and a valid license or active trial, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on Apple Mac computers you own or control.
2. Plans
Section titled “2. Plans”| Plan | Description |
|---|---|
| Trial | Time-limited full Pro features from first launch |
| Free | Core features with documented limitations after trial |
| Pro | Full feature set unlocked by a valid license key |
Feature gates may change between versions; the in-app license screen is authoritative for your build.
3. Acceptable use
Section titled “3. Acceptable use”You agree not to:
- Circumvent trial, license, or entitlement checks
- Redistribute cracked builds or license keys
- Use the Software’s automation features for unlawful activity
- Violate third-party API terms for ASR/LLM providers
4. System automation risk
Section titled “4. System automation risk”The Software can inject keyboard shortcuts, open apps/files/URLs, run shortcuts that you configured in Shortcuts.app, and perform supported system actions. Results depend on the target app, workflow, permissions, and system state. You are responsible for actions performed on your machine. The current version does not execute arbitrary shell commands.
5. Third-party services
Section titled “5. Third-party services”ASR and LLM providers are optional. Some require your keys; fees and data handling depend on the provider you select. Licensor does not warrant availability, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party APIs. License activation and device status may use the VoiceHotkey license service; payment is handled by the purchase channel. See Privacy Policy for the current data paths.
6. Updates
Section titled “6. Updates”Licensor may provide updates through the configured Sparkle feed. Automatic update checks can be disabled, and you can decline an update. Local Only Mode pauses update checks but does not block commercial license requests.
7. Disclaimer & liability
Section titled “7. Disclaimer & liability”THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND LIMITS LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DATA LOSS OR UNINTENDED AUTOMATION.
8. Refunds
Section titled “8. Refunds”You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase through the purchase channel or by contacting support with your order ID. The current international checkout is Gumroad; other channels, if offered, have their own checkout terms. This is a request policy, not a guarantee of automatic approval or processing by a particular date. Do not paste license keys in public channels.
9. Termination
Section titled “9. Termination”Licensor may terminate your commercial license for material breach. Free-tier limitations may still apply after Pro entitlements end.
10. Governing law
Section titled “10. Governing law”Except where mandatory local consumer law applies, this Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the Licensor’s place of business. Consumers retain non-waivable statutory rights.
